The property object of refurbishment is composed essentially by the volume facing Rua 5 de Outubro and Rua da Ponte Pedrinha. The building façades needed an urgent renovation, thus giving rise to a complete reformulation not only to replace the existing materials but also to provide the volume with a new contemporary image. The proposed solution enhances the volume of ETICADATA SOFTWARE in relation to the remaining building, bringing to its façade the values of the company itself, resulting in a very subtle and dynamic design.
